# Knowledge

> Save files and websites, then use them to fill an Offer or Codex

Knowledge stores files, website copies, research, successful ads, and language to avoid. **All sources** shows what you have added. **Your business** narrows the list to material about your own company.

## Add a source

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add your material">
    Open **Brand > Knowledge** and choose **Upload files** or **Add website**. PDFs and Markdown files work well for Offers and the Codex.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the source">
    Your source appears in **All sources** while Olympus prepares it. Use search to find it later. More filters are under **Filters**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill a document">
    Select one or more ready sources and choose **Fill from these sources**. Pick an existing or new Offer, or your Brand Codex. Olympus opens that workspace and starts one fill for the selected sources.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Work from inside a document

In an Offer or Codex, **Upload document** and **Pull from Knowledge** already know the destination. In Auto mode, supported sections fill when the source run finishes. Ask mode shows the exact draft before saving. Locked answers and fields stay protected. You can continue editing the form while Olympus reads.

Removed files and website copies remain available in **Removed** for a limited recovery window. Restore the source there if you removed it by mistake.

## Other source types

Use **Successful ads** for ad examples and **Exclusions > Paste writing you hate** for language to avoid. Link imports and connectors depend on workspace availability. Adding or editing sources requires permission.
