# Calendar integrations

> Connect Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly, or Cal.com

Calendar integrations connect account access. Configure a booking calendar separately in [Build > Calendars](/modules/build/calendars).

## Google Calendar

Open **Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar**, select **Connect Google Calendar**, and approve access in Google. Google Meet shares this grant; disconnecting one removes the shared access.

## Outlook Calendar

Open **Settings > Integrations > Outlook Calendar** and complete Microsoft authorization. Microsoft Teams uses the same connection. Disconnecting Outlook also makes Teams unavailable.

### Availability and booking destinations

In **Build > Calendars > External calendars**, enable **Sync with external calendars**. Select availability calendars to block busy times and a writable booking destination. Read-only calendars cannot be the destination.

Review these selections after reconnecting to a different account.

## Calendly

Select **Calendly** in Settings > Integrations. Enter **Personal access token** and optionally **Webhook signing key**. If you leave the signing key blank, Olympus can generate one for its subscription.

Select **Test credentials**, then **Save Calendly** after verification.

## Cal.com

Select **Cal.com** in Settings > Integrations. Enter **Cal.com API key** and **Webhook secret**. Use the same secret for the provider webhook subscription. In Cal.com, point the webhook at the URL Olympus shows and turn on **Booking created**, **Booking rescheduled**, **Booking cancelled** and **Booking no-show updated**.

Select **Test credentials**, then **Save Cal.com** after verification.

Calendly and Cal.com bookings count in reporting and become appointments. Each one lands on a "Calendly" or "Cal.com" calendar in your workspace, links to the contact's opportunity, moves the stage and starts booked-call automations. Reschedules, cancels and no-shows follow it. Calendly sends no-shows only to a webhook subscription that asks for them. Olympus asks when it creates the subscription, so a Calendly connection saved before no-show support needs its subscription recreated to send them. They do not use Google/Outlook's native availability and destination picker.

## Disconnect

Use the provider's **Manage** action and hold **Hold to disconnect**. New events or calendar access stop; previously imported reporting events remain.
