# ChatGPT Ads

> Set up advertiser credentials and check conversion readiness

Set up an account-scoped Advertiser API key for ChatGPT Ads.

<Note>
  Draft generation is available, but publishing requires account and conversion validation. Saving a key does not unlock campaign launch.

## Connect the account

1. Open **Settings > Integrations** and select **ChatGPT Ads**.
2. Enter **ChatGPT Ads API key** and select **Test credentials**.
3. After verification, select **Save ChatGPT Ads**.

## Configure conversions

Open **Manage ChatGPT Ads**, choose **Primary customer outcome**, and select **Set up conversions**.

**Enter details manually** exposes **Pixel ID**, **Event setting ID**, and **Conversions API key**. **Use automatic setup** returns to automatic setup.

A configured connection can **Send test event** and show recent delivery counts. Check the account's readiness before attempting to publish through Sell.

## Disconnect

Use the connection's disconnect action and hold **Hold to disconnect** after reviewing the effects.
