# Gmail

> Send email from your own Gmail address and sync replies back into Olympus.

Connect your Gmail account for email sending and reply sync. You need permission to manage workspace integrations.

## Connect Gmail

1. Open **Settings > Integrations** and select **Gmail**.
2. Select **Connect Gmail**, choose your Google account, and approve the requested access.
3. Return to Olympus and confirm that the card shows **Connected**.

A Google Calendar or Google Drive connection does not connect Gmail. Each requests its own access.

## Disconnect

Open **Manage**, review the warning, and hold **Hold to disconnect**. Sending and reply sync stop using this connection.
