# Meeting notes

> Check setup and availability for Fathom, Granola, Fireflies.ai, and Otter.ai

Fathom, Granola, Fireflies.ai, and Otter.ai appear under **Settings > Integrations > Notes**.

<Note>
  These providers require activation before meeting imports can run. Credential verification or a Connected badge alone does not enable meeting intelligence. Follow the availability shown in your workspace.
</Note>

## Fathom

Select **Fathom > Connect Fathom** and complete provider authorization when it is available. The connection requires an approved and configured provider app.

## Granola

Enter **Granola API key** and **API key type**, using personal or workspace. Business or Enterprise API access is required.

The current provider API does not supply the stable account or workspace identity Olympus needs. Olympus can check the key but cannot save the connection until that identity is available.

## Fireflies.ai

Enter **Fireflies.ai API key**, select **Test credentials**, then **Save Fireflies.ai** after verification. Organization-wide coverage depends on the provider plan and administrator access; a personal key does not guarantee access to every team meeting.

## Otter.ai

Enter **Otter.ai API key** from an account with Enterprise Public API access. Select **Test credentials**, then **Save Otter.ai** after verification. Import remains subject to activation.

## Privacy and imported content

Before enabling an import, review [Meeting notes and privacy](/modules/integrations/meeting-notes-privacy). Do not assume a connected account captures every meeting or that disconnecting erases imported content.

The current Settings flow does not expose the full meeting-policy and import-management workflow. Contact your workspace administrator for activation rather than looking for those controls on the provider card.
