# Microsoft Teams

> Create Teams meeting links for Olympus bookings when your team runs on Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Teams meeting links use the shared Outlook Calendar Microsoft connection.

## Connect Microsoft Teams

1. Open **Settings > Integrations** and select **Microsoft Teams**.
2. Complete the Microsoft connection for the account your calendars use.
3. Return to Olympus and confirm the shared connection.

Set the meeting location in **Build > Calendars**. Teams does not have a separate credential form.

## Shared connection

Disconnecting Outlook Calendar makes Teams unavailable. To revoke Microsoft consent fully, also review the connected app in your Microsoft account.
