# Obsidian

> Import company notes from an Obsidian vault into Knowledge Base.

Connect an Obsidian vault through its Local REST API plugin, then import notes as company sources.

## Connect the vault

1. Open **Settings > Integrations** and select **Obsidian**.
2. Enter **Local REST API key** and **Vault URL**.
3. Select **Test credentials**, then **Save Obsidian** after verification.

The Vault URL must be a public HTTPS address reachable by Olympus. Localhost addresses are rejected. The key can read every note in the vault, so choose a vault appropriate for your company sources.

## Import a note

Choose **Browse notes**, search for a note, and select **Save** on the note to add it to Knowledge.

## Disconnect

Open **Manage** and hold **Hold to disconnect**. Imported notes remain in Knowledge.
