# Twilio

> Send booking reminders and follow-up texts from your own Twilio number.

Connect your own Twilio account for automation texts. Twilio bills SMS usage to your account. This is separate from [managed Connect lines](/modules/settings/messaging).

## Verify and save

1. Open **Settings > Integrations** and select **Twilio**.
2. Enter **Account SID**, **Auth token**, and **From phone (E.164)**. The phone number needs its country code.
3. Optionally choose **Send a test first**, enter **Test recipient**, and select **Send test SMS**. Leaving the recipient blank uses your account phone when available.
4. Select **Verify and save**.

You need permission to manage automations. A test send is optional and does not replace saving the connection.

## Disconnect

Open **Manage** and hold **Hold to disconnect**. Workers can continue using the previous connection for up to one minute while their cache refreshes.
