# Broadcasts

> Send or schedule a one-off email to your contacts

Broadcasts sends a single email to all contacts or a selected segment.

## Prepare and send a broadcast

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create a draft">
    Open **Sell > Broadcasts > New broadcast**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose sender and audience">
    Set the sender name and address, then choose all contacts or a segment. Your sender domain must be verified. If it is missing, follow the **Automations settings** link shown in the editor.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write the email">
    Add the topic, subject, preview text, and message body. Set **When** if you want to schedule delivery.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send a test">
    Use **Test email**, enter your test addresses, and select **Send test**. Check the received email before sending to your audience.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and confirm">
    Open **Review** and resolve any blocking checks. Use **Slide to send** or **Slide to schedule** to confirm delivery.

Return to the Broadcasts list to check its delivery status.
