# Team

> Invite teammates, manage roles and agent access, and review pending invitations

Open **Settings > Team** to see members and pending invitations. Owner or Admin access is required to manage the team.

## Invite teammates

1. Select **Invite**.
2. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas, semicolons, or whitespace.
3. Choose **View Only**, **Standard**, or **Admin**. View Only is the default.
4. Select **Send invite** or **Send invites**.

View Only can view workspace work. Standard can create, edit, and export. Admin can also manage team and workspace settings. Owner is not an invitation role.

Invitations are subject to the subscription's member limit. Invitation links expire after 24 hours; resend an expired invitation from **Pending invites**. Custom access-expiry enforcement is not available, even if the invitation dialog displays that control.

## Manage invitations and members

* **Resend invitation > Resend** sends a fresh invitation.
* **Cancel invite > Delete** revokes a pending invitation.
* A member's row menu can change their role or **Remove member**, with confirmation. Removed members need a new invitation to return.

You cannot change your own role, remove yourself through the member menu, or change or remove the Owner there. Use [Profile](/modules/settings/profile) to leave a workspace.

## Full agent access

Owner and Admin accounts always have Full agent access. An administrator can grant or revoke it for other members with the row's switch; the change saves immediately.

This enables **Full permissions** as an agent mode without changing the member's ordinary workspace role.

## Find and review members

Search by name or email. Filters include All, Admins, Standard, Guest, and Pending invites; Guest means View Only. Sort by name, role, joined date, or last seen.

**Export CSV** exports the whole member list, including members outside the current filter. It does not export pending invitations.

When available, administrators can accept or reject **Join requests**, or use **Add from other organizations** to add eligible teammates from another workspace with a selected role.
