# Usage

> Read subscription resource meters and understand capacity and reset dates

Open **Settings > Usage** for resource totals across the workspaces in your subscription. This is a read-only view.

## Read the meters

The page shows your plan, allocations, current use, and a reset date when applicable.

| Meter | What it tracks |
| - | - |
| Team Members and Storage | Subscription capacity in use. |
| AI Images and Ad deep dives | Usage against the available allowance. |
| AI chat, AI Videos, Editing Minutes | Additional meters when included for your subscription. |
| Active Projects, Ad Platforms, Managed Ad Spend, Live Funnels, Active Campaigns, Custom Domains, Active Automations | Active resource limits. |

Near-limit and reached-limit states show where capacity is running short. Unlimited resources are labeled accordingly.

A monthly reset does not delete stored assets or free capacity already occupied by live resources.

## Resolve a limit

The subscription owner can use **Upgrade plan** when an exhausted meter offers it. Other members should contact that owner to review [Billing](/modules/settings/billing).

Some details can be limited for non-owners. If there is no active subscription, follow the page's instruction to contact the owner or administrator.
