# Intelligence

> Generate AI-powered market research reports for your care plans

Intelligence generates a comprehensive market research report for a specific care plan. AI analyzes your offer and produces a multi-tab report covering market trends, competitors, compliance, digital strategy, and more.

  You need at least one [Care Plan](/modules/offers/careplans) before you can generate an intelligence report. If you have no care plans, the page will prompt you to create one.

## How to generate an intelligence report

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Think > Intelligence">
    Open the **Think** module from the sidebar and select **Intelligence**.

  <Step title="Click Generate Intelligence">
    Click the **Generate Intelligence** button in the top right corner.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a care plan">
    Choose the care plan you want to generate intelligence for. Each card shows the offer name and condition focus. Click a card to select it (a green checkmark appears).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Generate Intelligence">
    Click **Generate Intelligence** at the bottom right. Processing takes several minutes. You'll be redirected to the intelligence list where the report shows a "Processing" status with a pulsing blue badge.

  <Step title="View your report">
    When processing completes, the status changes to "Completed". Click the report to open it. The report is organized into 9 tabs you can switch between.

## Report tabs

Each intelligence report contains 9 sections, each accessible via a tab at the top of the report.

| Summary                  | Executive overview of all findings                                                        |
| Market Intelligence      | Industry trends, patient demographics, demand patterns, market opportunities              |
| QA Augmentation          | FAQ and Q\&A content relevant to your offer                                               |
| Competitive Analysis     | Competitor mapping, strategy analysis, market gaps, positioning recommendations           |
| Strategy Development     | Strategic recommendations and implementation roadmap                                      |
| Future Innovation Trends | Emerging technologies, market evolution, innovation opportunities                         |
| Psychographic Deep Dive  | Audience avatar data — emotional drivers, psychological profile, buying modalities, hooks |
| Compliance Analysis      | Healthcare regulatory requirements, risk assessment, safe marketing strategies            |
| Digital Presence         | SEO keywords, content strategy, social media insights                                     |

## How to manage reports

* **Search** reports by offer name or condition focus using the search bar
* **Download** a report as PDF — click **Download Report** in the top right of the report view
* **Delete** a report from the list (click the delete icon, confirmation required)

## Report statuses

| Status     | Meaning                                                           |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Completed  | Report is ready to view and download                              |
| Processing | AI is generating the report (page auto-refreshes every 5 seconds) |
| Queued     | Report is waiting to be processed                                 |
| Failed     | Something went wrong — try generating again                       |

## Tips

* **Start with your main offer.** Generate intelligence for your highest-priority care plan first, then expand to others.
* **Read the Psychographic Deep Dive.** This tab builds an audience avatar specific to the offer — useful reference when planning your marketing.
* **Download for your team.** Use the PDF export to share insights with staff who don't have Olympus access.
