# Social Intelligence

> Turn your own social history into evidence-backed content and growth decisions

Social Intelligence reads your post history. It uses your results to show what to make next, where growth is slowing, and which patterns can support a content draft.

## Add a profile

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Social Intelligence">
    Go to **Think > Intelligence**, then select **Social**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste a profile link">
    Paste the link to an Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok profile and choose **Add profile**. Olympus reads what the profile shows publicly and starts its first read at once. X and Facebook do not show enough publicly to read; connect those accounts in **Settings > Integrations** instead. The Agent can add the same public URL with `social_intelligence.add_public_profile` and enqueue a stored brief with `social_intelligence.generate_brief`. It never starts OAuth.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the evidence window">
    Select an account, then choose 30, 60, or 90 days. Every read and manual sales total uses that account and date range.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  The evidence available depends on the platform and how the profile was added.
  Olympus marks missing stages as unavailable or still learning instead of
  replacing them with estimates.
</Note>

### Public profile or connected account

A public profile measures the **Content** stage. Discovered, Interested, and Followed read "Connect the account in Settings to measure this" until the account is connected. An account connected in Settings after it was added by link keeps its history.

## Read your account

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Overview">
    Start with the plain-language summary, biggest opportunity, main problem, and priority action. Open the supporting posts when you want to inspect the evidence behind a read.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Content">
    Compare recipes for reach, followers, saves, shares, and comments. Recipes
    combine supported topics, formats, openings, and closings from your own
    history.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Growth">
    Follow the audience journey from discovery to trust, response, and conversion signals. The diagnosis highlights one constraint at a time and pairs it with a practical next move.
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

Labels such as **Proven pattern**, **Recommended combination**, and **Early signal** tell you how much evidence supports a recommendation. Measured, calculated, and inferred labels distinguish platform data from Olympus calculations and interpretations.

## Create from a supported pattern

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose a content outcome">
    Open **Content** and select the result you want to improve.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the evidence">
    Check the recipe and the posts behind it. Choose a different outcome if the
    evidence does not fit your goal.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a brief">
    Select **Create**, choose the offer the post should support, and review the
    brief before starting generation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Continue from the board">
    Open **Board** to review drafted, generating, ready, or failed work. Member-created briefs remain available if you later disconnect the source account.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You can also select **Ask Olympus** to discuss the account, tab, and date range currently in view.

## Log sales from DMs and keywords

Open **Growth**, then select **Log a sale** under **Manual attribution**. Enter the amount, date, currency, and the DM or shared keyword that connects the sale to social activity.

The business bridge includes these entries in the selected range and labels them as manual attribution. It does not present them as tracked-link revenue. If several posts share a keyword, Olympus does not assign the sale to one post, so post cards never show attributed revenue.

## Disconnecting an account

Olympus keeps imported posts, metrics, account snapshots, and cached reads for 30 days after disconnection. A daily retention job then removes those imported records. Briefs and manual sales are member-created work and remain available. Deleting the organization removes all of its Social Intelligence data through organization-level deletion rules.
