Media is your brand’s asset library. Upload photos and videos, tag them by type, and they’ll be available when building funnels, creating ads, and launching campaigns.
Prerequisite: Complete your Codex and Design first so your media aligns with your brand identity.

How to upload media

1

Go to Brand > Media

Open the Brand module from the sidebar and select Media.
2

Click Upload Media or Bulk Upload

  • Upload Media — Upload a single file or embed a video
  • Bulk Upload — Upload multiple files at once (up to 200 per batch)
Drag and drop files into the upload area, or click to browse.
3

Choose upload or embed mode

In the Upload Media pop-up, use the toggle at the top to switch between two modes:
  • Upload Media (default) — Select a file from your computer
  • Embed Media — Add a video without uploading a file. Choose between:
    • Embed URL — Paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or similar video link (e.g. https://youtube.com/watch?v=...)
    • Custom Code — Paste an HTML or iframe embed code from any video platform
4

Set file details

For each upload, fill in:
  • File Name (required) — A descriptive name for the asset
  • Tag — Pick a category from the dropdown to organize the file. Tags differ by media type (see tag tables below). Choosing the right tag helps OlympusAI use the asset in the correct context (e.g. a “Landing Page” image goes on funnel pages, a “Testimonial” video appears in social proof sections).
  • Description — Optional context about the asset
5

For videos: set a thumbnail

When you upload a video file, a Video Thumbnail section appears with three options:
  • None — An auto-generated thumbnail from the first frame will be used
  • Upload Image — Drag and drop or browse for a custom thumbnail image (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 10 MB)
  • Select Frame — Scrub through the video timeline and pick a specific frame to use as the thumbnail
6

For testimonials: add a quote line

If tagging a file as a testimonial, add a Quote Line — a key quote from the testimonial that can be displayed alongside the video.

How to manage media

  • Search by file name using the search bar
  • Filter by media type (Images / Videos) and by tag
  • Sort by Name, Upload Date, or Type
  • Switch views between Card (grid) and Table (list) using the view toggle
  • Edit any file to update its name, tag, description, thumbnail, or quote line
  • Download files to your local machine
  • Delete files you no longer need (confirmation required)

Tips

  • Start with your best assets. Upload high-quality photos and videos first — they’ll set the standard for your brand.
  • Tag consistently. Proper tagging makes it easy to find the right asset when building campaigns.
  • Use bulk upload for efficiency. If you have many assets, upload them in batches rather than one at a time.
  • Keep your library current. Remove outdated content periodically to keep your asset library relevant.
