Olympus Actions
Olympus analyzes your account and surfaces action cards — each one is a specific recommendation you can approve or decline. Actions are color-coded by type:| Type | Color | Examples |

| Creative | Purple | Trending content opportunities, new ad format testing |
| Relationship | Pink | Unanswered customer questions, retention campaign suggestions |
| System | Gray | Technical maintenance tasks |
How to work with actions
Review the top action
The dashboard shows your actions in a stacked view. The top card is always the most relevant one.
Approve or decline
Click the green Approve button (checkmark) to accept a recommendation, or the red Decline button (X) to dismiss it. The next action card slides into view automatically.
Recommended Workflows
Below the actions, the dashboard shows a grid of guided workflows — common multi-step tasks with a clear sequence. Four workflows are shown by default.- Click any card to start that workflow (it navigates you to the right module)
- Click Search to find a specific workflow by name or category
- Click View all to browse the full list

- Start with actions. Check your Olympus Actions first each session — critical items (red) need immediate attention.
