The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It shows a personalized greeting, AI-generated action recommendations, and a library of step-by-step workflows to guide you through common tasks.

Olympus Actions

Olympus analyzes your account and surfaces action cards — each one is a specific recommendation you can approve or decline. Actions are color-coded by type:

How to work with actions

Review the top action

The dashboard shows your actions in a stacked view. The top card is always the most relevant one.

Approve or decline

Click the green Approve button (checkmark) to accept a recommendation, or the red Decline button (X) to dismiss it. The next action card slides into view automatically.

Expand the full list

If you have more than 3 actions, click See Actions to switch from the stacked view to a full list. Click Hide Actions to collapse it back.
When all actions are resolved, the section displays a “No Actions Required” message. Below the actions, the dashboard shows a grid of guided workflows — common multi-step tasks with a clear sequence. Four workflows are shown by default.
  • Click any card to start that workflow (it navigates you to the right module)
  • Click Search to find a specific workflow by name or category
  • Click View all to browse the full list

Launch Checklist

New users see a floating checklist in the bottom-right corner (rocket icon). It tracks your progress through 8 steps to your first campaign launch:
  1. Complete Onboarding
  2. Brand Setup
  3. Create Offer
  4. Market Intelligence
  5. Write Funnel Copy
  6. Build Funnel
  7. Set Up Integrations
  8. Launch Campaign
Click the arrow on any incomplete step to jump to that section. The checklist disappears automatically once all steps are complete.

Tips

  • Start with actions. Check your Olympus Actions first each session — critical items (red) need immediate attention.
  • Use workflows for new tasks. If you’re unsure how to do something, check Recommended Workflows for a guided path.
  • Follow the Launch Checklist. It’s the fastest way to go from sign-up to a live campaign.
