Funnels lets you build complete, multi-page marketing funnels from your offers. You walk through a 9-step creation wizard, then edit in a visual builder with drag-and-drop sections and one-click publishing.
You need at least one offer in Offers > Care Plans before you can create a funnel.

How to create a funnel

1

Go to Build > Funnels

Open the Build module from the sidebar and select Funnels.
2

Click Create Funnels

Click the Create Funnels button in the top right corner.
3

Select a funnel type

Choose the type of funnel you want to create. Currently available types:
TypeDescription
CallGuide prospects through a consultation booking flow
Lead GenCapture leads with optimized conversion pages
Other types (Quiz, Webinar, Event, SLO) are visible but locked — they’ll be available in a future update.
4

Select an offer

Choose the offer this funnel will promote from the offer cards. If you have no offers, click Create Offer to create one first.
5

Choose a visual theme

Pick a theme for your funnel’s look and feel, or toggle Use your brand design to apply your brand’s colors and styling automatically.
6

Add conversion tracking (optional)

Add tracking codes for conversion tracking. Click Add New to create a tracking code or Manage to edit existing ones. You can get your tracking snippet from your ad platform — for example, Google Ads > Tools > Conversions, or Meta Events Manager > Pixel settings.
7

Select products (optional)

Toggle on any brand products you want to feature in the funnel.
8

Upload media assets

Select or upload images and videos for your funnel’s media slots. All required slots must be filled before you can proceed.
9

Connect LeadConnector (optional)

Link your GoHighLevel (GHL) forms and calendars to the funnel for lead capture and appointment booking. To find your form or calendar ID, go to your GHL sub-account > Sites > Forms (or Calendars), open the form or calendar, and copy the ID from the URL or embed code. See LeadConnector Integration for full setup instructions.
10

Select a domain (optional)

Choose a custom domain for this funnel, or skip to use the default subdomain. If the domain is already connected to another funnel, you’ll be asked to confirm reassignment. To add a new domain first, see Build > Domains.
11

Configure global settings

Fill in the site name, practitioner name, support email, and company address. These appear across funnel pages.
12

Click Create Funnel

Click Create Funnel to generate your funnel. You’ll be redirected to the funnels list where it will show a status badge while processing.

How to edit a funnel

Once a funnel is completed, click it in the list to open the detail page. From there you have two editing options:
  • Edit — opens the Wizard mode editor (guided, step-by-step)
  • Advanced Edit — opens the Advanced mode editor (full visual builder)

Wizard mode

A simplified 7-step editor that walks you through the same configuration as creation: Visual Theme, Tracking Codes, Products, Media Assets, LeadConnector, Domain, and Global Settings. Click Publish at the bottom when done.

Advanced mode

A three-panel visual builder for full control over your funnel:
  • Left panel — Section Library: Browse sections by category (Layout, Content, Media, Conversion, Info). Click a section to add it to the current page. See Section Types for the full reference.
  • Center panel — Canvas: View and interact with your funnel pages. Use the tab bar at the top to switch between pages (e.g., /video, /cal, /nextsteps, /dq). Toggle between desktop and mobile viewport. Drag sections to reorder them.
  • Right panel — Properties: Edit the selected section’s fields (text, colors, media, products). Switch to the Settings tab for global funnel settings or the GHL tab for LeadConnector mappings.
Section actions — hover over any section on the canvas to see:
  • Duplicate — clone the section below
  • Delete — remove the section
  • Add Below — insert a new section after this one
  • Lock/Unlock — prevent accidental edits
Click Publish in the top right to save and deploy your changes. You can switch between Wizard and Advanced mode at any time using the Switch to Wizard / Switch to Advanced button in the top bar.

The list auto-refreshes every 15 seconds while funnels are processing.
