You need at least one offer in Offers > Care Plans before you can create a funnel.
How to create a funnel
Select a funnel type
Choose the type of funnel you want to create. Currently available types:
Other types (Quiz, Webinar, Event, SLO) are visible but locked — they’ll be available in a future update.

Select an offer
Choose the offer this funnel will promote from the offer cards. If you have no offers, click Create Offer to create one first.
Choose a visual theme
Pick a theme for your funnel’s look and feel, or toggle Use your brand design to apply your brand’s colors and styling automatically.
Add conversion tracking (optional)
Add tracking codes for conversion tracking. Click Add New to create a tracking code or Manage to edit existing ones. You can get your tracking snippet from your ad platform — for example, Google Ads > Tools > Conversions, or Meta Events Manager > Pixel settings.
Upload media assets
Select or upload images and videos for your funnel’s media slots. All required slots must be filled before you can proceed.
Connect LeadConnector (optional)
Link your GoHighLevel (GHL) forms and calendars to the funnel for lead capture and appointment booking. To find your form or calendar ID, go to your GHL sub-account > Sites > Forms (or Calendars), open the form or calendar, and copy the ID from the URL or embed code. See LeadConnector Integration for full setup instructions.
Select a domain (optional)
Choose a custom domain for this funnel, or skip to use the default subdomain. If the domain is already connected to another funnel, you’ll be asked to confirm reassignment. To add a new domain first, see Build > Domains.
Configure global settings
Fill in the site name, practitioner name, support email, and company address. These appear across funnel pages.
How to edit a funnel
Once a funnel is completed, click it in the list to open the detail page. From there you have two editing options:- Edit — opens the Wizard mode editor (guided, step-by-step)
- Advanced Edit — opens the Advanced mode editor (full visual builder)
Wizard mode
A simplified 7-step editor that walks you through the same configuration as creation: Visual Theme, Tracking Codes, Products, Media Assets, LeadConnector, Domain, and Global Settings. Click Publish at the bottom when done.Advanced mode
A three-panel visual builder for full control over your funnel:- Left panel — Section Library: Browse sections by category (Layout, Content, Media, Conversion, Info). Click a section to add it to the current page. See Section Types for the full reference.
- Center panel — Canvas: View and interact with your funnel pages. Use the tab bar at the top to switch between pages (e.g., /video, /cal, /nextsteps, /dq). Toggle between desktop and mobile viewport. Drag sections to reorder them.
- Right panel — Properties: Edit the selected section’s fields (text, colors, media, products). Switch to the Settings tab for global funnel settings or the GHL tab for LeadConnector mappings.
- Duplicate — clone the section below
- Delete — remove the section
- Add Below — insert a new section after this one
- Lock/Unlock — prevent accidental edits

How to manage funnels
From the funnels list page:- Search funnels by name or status
- View Live — click View Live on the detail page to open the published funnel in a new tab
- Delete — click Delete Build Funnel on the detail page (confirmation required)

Tips
- Start with Wizard mode for your first funnel — it walks you through every setting. Switch to Advanced mode later for fine-tuning.
- Use the mobile viewport toggle in Advanced mode to preview how your funnel looks on phones before publishing.
- Lock sections you’re happy with to prevent accidental edits while working on other parts of the funnel.
