The chat
Tell the chat what the offer is, or use Upload document and Pull from Knowledge. Submitted public URLs can be read through the same source flow. Olympus reads a batch of sources once and fills every supported offer section, including multiple payment options when the material supports them. The editable document updates beside the conversation. A fresh Offer chat starts in Auto mode. Completed Auto source fills continue after you leave the page. Ask mode shows the exact source draft before applying it; Try another idea records the rejected direction and starts a brainstorming turn. Fields you have locked remain protected. Existing chat proposals still use their own approval controls when required by the session mode.Ready
An offer is Ready when every field that applies to its kind and format is filled in. A guarantee recorded as “None” counts as filled, same as any other answer. The document panel shows a short readiness summary at the top: “Ready,” or “Not ready yet” with a count of empty, conflicted, and unconfirmed fields and a pointer to the next one worth fixing. Every field that still applies and is empty shows a red border, so you can see at a glance what’s left without reading the whole document.Suggestions and conflicts
Source-backed values can fill supported sections directly in Auto mode. In Ask mode, review the source draft before it is saved. The document still shows field-level suggestions and conflicts from other workflows, with their original source information. When two sources disagree on the same field, for example an older Service record and a newer upload, the document shows both and asks you to pick one. The value you don’t keep stays in version history.Locking fields
Once a field is confirmed, lock it. A locked field can’t be changed by the chat, by the main agent, or by anyone without admin access. Only an admin can unlock it again, and unlocking asks for confirmation first, since the chat can change the field again right after.Saving
The document saves itself about a second and a half after you stop typing in a field. A manual Save button is also there if you want to flush every pending edit and mark the moment explicitly, for example right before handing the offer to someone else.Version history and restore
Every save keeps a version. Open Version history to see each saved version by date and time, compare it against your current document field by field, and restore it. Restoring replaces the whole document with that earlier version. Your current document isn’t lost. It becomes the newest entry in the history, so you can always go back. If a restore would change a field that’s locked, Olympus refuses it until you unlock that field first.Catalog and bundle panels
A Product offer linked to your catalog shows that product’s listing right in the builder: its title, price, and variants, read-only. Use Edit in the catalog to change any of that. The link there is intentional. Offers never writes to your product catalog directly, so prices, images, and anything tied to a connected store (like Shopify) stay owned by the catalog editor. A Bundle shows its contents instead: the services and products inside it, with a count of how many more it needs before it’s Ready (at least two). Add or remove items from the same panel, searching across every other offer in your workspace.Warnings
Olympus checks for a few combinations that rarely work and calls them out without blocking you from saving:- A Downsell that only lowers the price of the same offer, without changing how the customer pays or what they get.
- An offer tagged Free that still has price points or a payment plan on it.
- A recurring offer as the only Front end, with nothing simpler in front of it.
