You need at least one Care Plan before you can generate an intelligence report. If you have no care plans, the page will prompt you to create one.
How to generate an intelligence report
Select a care plan
Choose the care plan you want to generate intelligence for. Each card shows the offer name and condition focus. Click a card to select it (a green checkmark appears).
Click Generate Intelligence
Click Generate Intelligence at the bottom right. Processing takes several minutes. You’ll be redirected to the intelligence list where the report shows a “Processing” status with a pulsing blue badge.
Report tabs
Each intelligence report contains 9 sections, each accessible via a tab at the top of the report.| Tab | What it covers |

How to manage reports
- Search reports by offer name or condition focus using the search bar
- Download a report as PDF — click Download Report in the top right of the report view
- Delete a report from the list (click the delete icon, confirmation required)
Report statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | Report is ready to view and download |
| Processing | AI is generating the report (page auto-refreshes every 5 seconds) |
| Queued | Report is waiting to be processed |
| Failed | Something went wrong — try generating again |

- Start with your main offer. Generate intelligence for your highest-priority care plan first, then expand to others.
- Read the Psychographic Deep Dive. This tab builds an audience avatar specific to the offer — useful reference when planning your marketing.
- Download for your team. Use the PDF export to share insights with staff who don’t have Olympus access.
