Care Plans are your practice’s treatment programs. Each care plan captures the essential details about a service you offer — what it treats, how it’s delivered, and what it costs. AI uses this information to generate targeted ads, scripts, funnels, and marketing content.

How to create a care plan

Go to Offers > Care Plans

Open the Offers module from the sidebar and select Care Plans.

Click Create Care Plan

Click the Create Care Plan button in the top right corner. This opens a new care plan form.

Fill in the essential fields

Complete the 7 required fields:
  • Offer Name — The name of your treatment program
  • Condition Focus — The condition or problem this care plan addresses
  • Big Promise — The main outcome or transformation patients can expect
  • Price — The cost of the program. Toggle Price Range to enter a range (e.g. 2,0002,000 - 5,000) instead of a single price.
  • Delivery Method — Choose: In-Office, Hybrid, or Online
  • Bonuses & Materials — Any extras included (guides, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Timeline — How long the treatment program takes
The progress bar at the top shows your completion percentage. It turns green at 80%+, yellow at 50%+, and red below 50%.

(Optional) Add condition-specific details

Expand the Condition-Specific Details section to fill in additional fields:
  • Target Subset — A more specific audience within your condition focus
  • Top Symptoms (up to 3) — The main symptoms your patients experience
  • Top Objections (up to 2) — Common reasons prospects hesitate
  • Objection Answers (up to 2) — Your responses to each objection

(Optional) Upload a document for AI extraction

Click the Upload button in the top right corner to open a pop-up where you can:
  • Upload a PDF or DOCX file with your existing care plan details. AI will extract the information and fill in the fields for you (takes 1-2 minutes).
  • Download an offline template — click the “Need help getting started? Download our template” link near the top of the pop-up to reveal a download button. Get a pre-formatted Word (.docx) file, fill it out offline, then upload the completed file to have AI extract your answers.
A full-screen processing animation will appear while AI works.

Save your care plan

Click Save Care Plan (or Update Care Plan when editing) at the bottom to save. Your care plan status is automatically assigned based on completion:
  • Complete — 80% or more of essential fields filled
  • Needs Review — 50-79% filled
  • Draft — Less than 50% filled

How to manage care plans

  • Search by name, condition focus, big promise, or status
  • Duplicate an existing care plan to create a variation (click the Duplicate button on any care plan)
  • Delete a care plan (click the delete icon, confirmation required)
  • Edit any care plan by clicking on it

Tips

  • Complete the essentials first. The 7 essential fields are what AI needs most to generate effective marketing content.
  • Be specific with your Big Promise. A clear, measurable outcome converts better than vague claims.
  • Use the document upload. If you already have care plan details in a document, upload it and let AI do the data entry.
  • Duplicate to create variations. If you offer similar treatments for different conditions, duplicate an existing care plan and adjust the details.

Create product listings in Offers > Products.
