Products are individual items your practice sells. They are shown to leads who don’t qualify for a care plan, giving them an alternative way to engage with your practice. Each product listing includes a photo, pricing, features, and a link to your sales page. AI uses this information when generating funnels and marketing content.

How to create a product

Go to Offers > Products

Open the Offers module from the sidebar and select Products.

Tips

  • Show the value gap. Set the Original Price to the full retail value so the Current Price looks like a deal.
  • Write clear features. Each feature should describe a specific benefit or outcome, not just a technical spec.
  • Link to a real page. The Product URL should point to a working sales or landing page where customers can take action.
