Products are individual items your practice sells. They are shown to leads who don’t qualify for a care plan, giving them an alternative way to engage with your practice. Each product listing includes a photo, pricing, features, and a link to your sales page. AI uses this information when generating funnels and marketing content.

How to create a product

1

Go to Offers > Products

Open the Offers module from the sidebar and select Products.
2

Click New

Click New in the top right. This opens a new product form. You can fill it in by hand or upload a document.
3

Fill in product details

Required fields show a red mark. You can save at any time — incomplete products stay a Draft.
  • Product Name — The name shown in your list and on customer-facing pages
  • Product Description — Short description of the product
  • Product URL — Link to your sales or landing page (must start with http:// or https://)
  • Product Photo — Upload an image (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF). A preview will appear after upload.
  • CTA Button Text — The text on the call-to-action button (e.g. “Buy Now”, “Learn More”)
  • Price — Your selling price (formats: $99, $99.99, or 99). Turn on Discounted pricing to add an original price.
Optional fields:
  • Product Subtitle — A short tagline or secondary title
  • Original Price — Only required when discounted pricing is on
4

Add features

Scroll to the Features section and add at least 2 features. Click Add Feature to include more. Features describe the key benefits or specs of your product.
5

(Optional) Upload a document for AI extraction

Click Upload in the bottom action bar to:
  • Upload a PDF or DOCX with your product details. AI extracts the fields and fills the form (usually 1–2 minutes).
  • Download the offline template, fill it out, then upload the completed file.
The uploaded document is also saved as a knowledge source for this product.
6

Sync to the Knowledge Base

After the product is saved, use Sync in the bottom action bar to publish a searchable snapshot. Agents then use this product as grounded context for copy, creative, and planning. You can also attach extra PDFs, Word files, audio, or video in the Knowledge section.
7

Save your product

Click Create Product (or Save Product when editing). Missing required fields never block save:
  • Complete — Every required field is filled, a photo is uploaded, and at least 2 features are added
  • Draft — Anything above is missing. Open the product later and finish it.

How to manage products

  • Search by product name, description, price, or status
  • Edit any product by clicking on it
  • Duplicate a product to start from an existing listing
  • Archive a product (confirmation required)

Tips

  • Save a draft early. You do not need every field to create the product.
  • Use the document upload. If the product already lives in a PDF or Word file, upload it and let AI fill the form.
  • Sync after the listing is solid. Knowledge sync keeps agents grounded in the current product, not a stale draft.
  • Show the value gap. When you advertise a discount, keep records of real sales at the original price.
  • Write clear features. Each feature should describe a specific benefit or outcome, not just a technical spec.
