Organization

Open Settings > Organization to manage this workspace. Owner and Admin accounts can edit company settings; workspace deletion requires Owner access.

Company details and address

In Organization Details, edit Company Name, Company Email, Website, and Company Phone, then Save changes. Company Name is required; Website must start with http:// or https://. An owner also completes Your role. Workspace URL can be copied but cannot be edited here. To change the avatar, choose a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, review the square crop, then Save Avatar. Avatar saving is separate from company details. The Address section has its own Save changes. Review the street address, optional Address Line 2, City, State, ZIP Code, and Country before saving.

Change workspace industry

Choose a new industry under Workspace industry, enter the exact confirmation text shown, and select Switch industry. The switch changes language, defaults, and claim rules for new work across the workspace. Existing work is not deleted. Queued jobs finish under their previous settings. Custom skills tied to the old industry stop loading until reviewed and saved again, or the switch is reverted. Existing marketing-quality reviews need another review. Recent changes can offer Revert to [prior industry] for the latest eligible switch. Complete its typed confirmation and select Revert industry.

Set the business model

Choose Physical products, Digital products, or Services, then Save business model. This tailors setup and suggested integrations without blocking other workspace features. Business model and industry are separate choices.

Olympus Actions autonomy

Choose a handling preference for Nurture & operations, Sales process, Pricing & offers, Landing pages, Ad budget, Ad targeting, and Ad creative:

• Recommend only is the default.
• Approve each requests approval.
• Auto-run requires Owner or Admin access to enable.

Selections save immediately. The setting records your preferred policy; automatic execution is currently unavailable. Ad budget, targeting, and creative changes are not automatically applied.

Delete a workspace

In Danger zone, read the effects and enter the workspace slug and delete my workspace as requested. For your last owned workspace, Delete and start fresh keeps billing and the agreement active. Delete and close my account also requires the displayed billing and agreement confirmation phrases; it schedules billing to end at the current period’s end and closes the agreement. Review the displayed consequences before choosing. If you own other workspaces, deleting one does not change billing. To leave a workspace instead of deleting it, use Profile > Workspace access.
