Open Settings > Authentication to manage your personal sign-in. Google and Microsoft here are sign-in methods, separate from workspace integrations.

Connect a sign-in method

Select Connect beside Google or Microsoft and complete provider authorization. The row shows the connected email after success. Use Disconnect to remove a method. You cannot disconnect your last remaining sign-in identity.

Change your email

  1. Select Change Email.
  2. Enter a different valid New email address and select Send confirmation.
  3. Confirm the messages sent to both your old and new addresses.
Your old email remains active until both confirmations finish. The page shows Pending confirmation while the change is waiting.

Enable two-factor authentication

  1. Beside Authenticator app, select Set up.
  2. Scan the QR code in your authenticator app or enter the Manual setup key.
  3. Enter the six-digit Verification code and select Verify and enable.
  4. Confirm the page says two-factor verification is enabled.
Remove disables the authenticator method. Keep access to the authenticator until setup and verification finish.
