Open Settings > Billing to manage the subscription on your billing account. Being a workspace administrator does not grant control of someone else’s subscription.

Change your plan

  1. Open Manage Billing > View all plans. Paid subscribers can open Manage subscription; trial accounts see Choose a Plan.
  2. Choose an offered plan and a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual billing interval where available.
  3. Select Preview upgrade, Preview downgrade, or Switch interval.
  4. Review the effective date, amount due today, next invoice, and usage checks.
  5. Select Confirm change or Schedule downgrade when the preview is correct.
Upgrades and interval changes take effect as shown in the preview. Downgrades are scheduled for the current period’s end and keep your current limits until then. Resolve any usage-limit warning before confirming. Current prices and available plans appear in Billing.

Manage payment cards

  • Use Add payment method or Update card, complete the Stripe card form, and select Save card.
  • With multiple cards, open Switch primary and choose Make primary. The primary card is charged first.
  • Switch the primary card before removing it. You cannot remove the last payment method while an active subscription requires one.

View invoices and resolve payments

Invoices shows the date, total, and status. Select View to open an available hosted invoice. For a past-due subscription, use Resolve payment. A paused subscription can offer Add payment method and Resume now. Follow the current status shown on the page.

Cancel or reactivate

  1. Select Manage Billing > Cancel.
  2. Review the cancellation preview and the available choices: Cancel at period end or Cancel now.
  3. Check when access ends and any estimated refund. Refund eligibility and the amount depend on the displayed preview.
  4. Hold Press & hold to cancel to confirm, or select Keep subscription to exit.
Period-end cancellation preserves access through the displayed date. A scheduled cancellation can be undone with Reactivate Subscription before it takes effect. Subscriptions managed by the Olympus team show support instructions instead of self-service changes.
