Research explores the market around your existing offerings. Your workspace needs an offer and the business facts listed in the setup screen.

Start a study

1

Select your offerings

Open Think > Research > New research. Choose the Offerings to study. When selecting several, describe how they fit together: In sequence, Sold together, or Independent.
2

Choose the objective

Select Who to sell to first, What to charge, What to say, or Who you are up against.
3

Set geography and context

Choose Local or National. Local studies need a selected business address and radius. National studies support the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Add sales calls if you want them included as context.
4

Confirm the search terms

Select Start research, review the suggested Keywords, then select Confirm. Required business facts, location details, and transcript processing must be ready first.
5

Read the results

Open the study from Research and review Report and Evidence. Use the edition picker when several editions are available.
Research currently runs in English and is subject to your plan’s run allowance. A workspace owner or administrator can purchase additional runs. The empty Research list includes an Interactive example.
