Connect your own Twilio account for automation texts. Twilio bills SMS usage to your account. This is separate from managed Connect lines.

Verify and save

  1. Open Settings > Integrations and select Twilio.
  2. Enter Account SID, Auth token, and From phone (E.164). The phone number needs its country code.
  3. Optionally choose Send a test first, enter Test recipient, and select Send test SMS. Leaving the recipient blank uses your account phone when available.
  4. Select Verify and save.
You need permission to manage automations. A test send is optional and does not replace saving the connection.

Disconnect

Open Manage and hold Hold to disconnect. Workers can continue using the previous connection for up to one minute while their cache refreshes.
