The Launch wizard walks you through selecting platforms, ad copy, creatives, targeting, and budget to deploy a campaign.
You need an offer, approved ad copy, and at least one creative before launching. Connect your Meta integration to deploy to Facebook and Instagram.

How to launch a campaign

The wizard adjusts its steps based on which platforms you select and whether you choose Test or Scale mode. The core flow is:
1

Select platforms

Choose where your ads should appear. Currently only Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is available. Google and YouTube support is coming soon.
2

Select offer

Pick the offer you are promoting from your existing care plans.
3

Define messaging angles

Select the messaging angles that describe your offer’s value. You’ll choose from three categories:
  • Problems — the health issues your target patients face (e.g., chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances)
  • Circumstances — the situations that drive them to seek help (e.g., frustrated with doctors who only prescribe pills)
  • Desired outcomes — the results they want (e.g., more energy, better sleep quality)
You can pick from preset options or add your own. Aim for at least 15 angles (20 recommended) to give the AI enough diversity for ad targeting.
4

Set conversion goal

Choose what action patients should take:
GoalDescription
Submit ApplicationCollect application submissions
Schedule AppointmentDrive patients to book an appointment
Get LeadsCapture lead contact information (coming soon)
Complete RegistrationDrive sign-up completions (coming soon)
5

Select ad copy

Pick from ad copy you created in the Write > Ads module. If you selected multiple platforms, a separate ad copy step appears for each (e.g., “Select Meta Ad Copy”).
6

Select creative

Choose images or videos from the Create module. You can select multiple creatives or an entire folder.
7

Set destination

Choose where to send ad traffic:
  • Olympus funnel (Internal) — Select a funnel you built in the Build > Funnels module
  • Existing Funnel (External) — Paste an external landing page URL
8

Choose campaign mode

TypeHow it works
Test ModeRuns for a set number of days, finds your best-performing ads, and keeps budget fixed. You must choose a test duration — 4 days (minimum), 7 days (quick), 14 days (recommended), or 30 days (maximum).
Scale ModeRuns continuously and auto-scales budget when performing well. If selected, an extra step appears asking you to set a Maximum Daily Spend ceiling — the highest your budget can go, even if ads are performing exceptionally well. Defaults to 3x your starting budget.
9

Set budget

Enter your daily budget. Minimum is $25.
10

Set targeting

Configure base demographics:
  • Age range — 18 to 65+
  • Gender — Male, Female, or Both
11

Set location

Enter a target address and set a radius in miles (5–50). This is prepopulated with your business location if available.
12

Select interests, behaviors, job titles (Meta only)

Search and add Meta interests, behaviors, and job titles (work positions) to refine your audience targeting. This step only appears for Meta campaigns.
13

Review & Launch

Review all your selections. Click Launch Campaign to deploy. You will be redirected to the Campaigns page on success.

Campaign statuses

After launching, your campaign moves through these statuses:
StatusMeaning
LiveActive on the ad platform
PausedPaused by user
DraftSaved but not yet deployed
QueuedWaiting to be processed
ProcessingBeing created on the ad platform
FailedDeployment failed — can retry from Campaigns
ArchivedArchived by user
The wizard adjusts its steps dynamically. For example, selecting Scale Mode adds a maximum daily spend step, and selecting Meta adds an interest targeting step.
If a campaign fails to deploy, you can retry it from the Campaigns page — the wizard prefills with your original selections.
