Nurture generates multi-channel follow-up sequences for your offers. You select an offer, choose channels (Email, SMS), pick journey stages, and the AI generates nurture content for each combination.
You need at least one Offer in Offers > Care Plans before you can generate nurture sequences.

How to generate nurture sequences

Go to Write > Nurture

Open the Write module from the sidebar and select Nurture.

Click Create New Sequence

Click the Create New Sequence button in the top right corner.

Select an offer

Choose the offer you want to create nurture sequences for from the Select Offer dropdown.

Select channels

Check one or more channels to generate content for:

Select journey stages

Set variations per stage

Use the slider to choose how many variations to generate per stage (1-10).

Set awareness level (optional)

Choose how aware your audience is of the problem and your solution. Defaults to Problem Aware.

Click Generate Sequences

Click Generate Sequences to start generation. You’ll see a success toast and be redirected to the nurture list. Each sequence shows a status badge while processing.

How to review content

Once a nurture sequence is completed, click it to open the detail view:
  • Content is organized by journey stage sections (Opt-In, Post-Booked, No Show, Disqualified)
  • Each variation shows a subject (for Email) or title (for SMS) and the message content
  • Edit the subject and content inline, then save
  • Copy the full content to clipboard
  • Provide feedback — thumbs up/down or detailed comments
  • Delete the nurture sequence (confirmation required)

How to manage sequences

  • Search sequences by offer name, title, or type
  • Filter by channel (Email, SMS) or by stage (Opt-In, Post-Booked, No Show, Disqualified)
  • Delete sequences (click the delete icon, confirmation required)

Nurture statuses

Tips

  • Select both Email and SMS. Generating for both channels at once gives you a complete multi-channel nurture strategy.
  • Cover all four stages. Each stage addresses a different point in the customer journey — missing one means missing opportunities.
  • Edit subject lines carefully. Subject lines are the biggest factor in whether emails get opened.
